I’m Jacquelyn Cuyler, an addiction-treatment professional, behavioral-health educator, and course author with more than 15 years of experience in counseling, education, client engagement, and program operations. My credentials include NYS CASAC #34240, IC&RC ADC #ICADC.0806851, and CRSS #0009641; I’m also a SMART Recovery Facilitator and hold diplomas in Mental Health Studies and Educational Psychology. As an OASAS Education & Training Provider (#1158), I develop and lead courses that translate clinical, ethical, and program requirements into clear, practical learning, grounded in my work with behavioral-health teams and community partners.
Expect candor, real-world examples, thoughtful reflection, and humor when the moment calls for it—serious learning doesn’t have to feel stiff or shaming. My goal is for you to finish feeling informed, capable, and complete, with ideas you can use in your work—not just a certificate.
